Safari blank page when visiting apple.com

When I navigate to an Apple Knowledge Base article, all I get is a blank page. Here’s a fix.

Note: This problem has existed for some time…

Safari 8.0.2, OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite.

Open the Safari Preferences

Click Privacy

Show the list of stored cookies.

Click Details…

Delete the apple.com cookie

  1. Type apple in the search box.
  2. Click the apple.com cookie.
  3. Click Remove.
  4. Click Done.

Close the Preferences wndow.

Now return to Safari and reload the page that was blank.
